Chase and Ty Rollin are both members of the Central Michigan baseball team. Both their dad and grandpa played baseball at CMU when they were in college, this played a role in them choosing to go to CMU.
Chase said having his brother on the team and having him already be familiar with CMU helped him feel more comfortable about going to college.
“Yeah you got lucky I had to figure it out on my own,” Ty laughed.
It doesn’t feel weird for them to have each other on the team because in high school they played three sports together.
They are both biomedical majors and Ty will be going to dental school after graduation in May. They spend a lot of the time outside of baseball studying.
